He then allegedly refused to share his driver's license number and provided the other party with false insurance information before leaving the scene, according to the report.
Brown has been charged with hit-and-run for leaving the scene without exchanging proper insurance information and has also been charged with driving without a valid license, according to TMZ. The crimes are punishable by a maximum of six months in jail for each offense, according to the site.
