The reports follow a canceled concert this Tuesday (May 14), on Beyonce's Mrs. Carter Tour in Antwerp, Belgium. The Sony Records superstar blamed the cancellation on "dehydration and exhaustion."
Previously, Beyonce has stated publicly that she would like more children.
Currently, the couple's double-dating friends, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, are also expecting a child.
Neither Jay-Z nor Beyonce have yet confirmed these pregnancy reports.
